Wcalc Coplanar Waveguide Model

While it is a useful book, the Wadell book contains many
typographical errors which is understanding giving the sheer
volume of complex equations. As a result, it is important to
obtain as many of the references as possible when refering to this
book. The equations for coplanar waveguide losses, and in
particular the dielectric losses, contain some typographical
errors and those have been corrected in wcalc (and commented in
the code).
